Spanish club Deportivo La Coruña has officially announced the acquisition of Super Falcons forward Blessing Nkor on a loan deal for the remainder of the 2024/25 season, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.
Nkor, 21, makes the move from Turkish side Gaziantep Asya Spor, where she impressed by scoring 12 goals during her stint. The talented forward began her professional journey with Tanzania’s Yanga Princesses before returning to Nigeria to play for Sunshine Queens.
Her performances earned her a move abroad, and her upward trajectory has now taken her to Manu Sánchez’s Deportivo La Coruña, where she is expected to bolster the team’s attacking options.
Nkor made her international debut for Nigeria in November 2024 during a friendly match against France, where the Super Falcons narrowly lost 2-1.
