Deportivo were held to a 1-1 draw by Levante after the visitors scored in the 82nd minute to cancel out Bil Nsongo’s opener in the ninth round of the Spanish championship.

The first half ended goalless, with neither side able to create a decisive breakthrough. Deportivo eventually made their opportunity count after the interval, taking the lead when Nsongo found the net in the 63rd minute.
The goal forced Levante to commit more players forward as they searched for a way back into the match. Their pressure was rewarded eight minutes from full time, when Daniel Requena restored parity.

Neither team could find a winning goal during the remaining minutes, leaving Deportivo to settle for a point at home.
