The Whites have been in fine form, occupying eighth position in the Premier League table and pushing for a European spot.

Iwobi, who has been instrumental in Fulham's recent success, praised Silva's dedication and attention to detail, revealing that the manager's passion has rubbed off on the players.

"He's somebody that puts 100 per cent into his job every day," Iwobi told the Mirror. "He always analyses, even after the game, we're all celebrating and he's still on the laptop analysing.

"That's just the sort of guy that he is, he always wants to improve and that rubs off onto the players."

Fulham have won three of their last four Premier League games, and Iwobi believes the team's execution of Silva's plan has been key to their success.
