Lennart Karl of Bayern Munich has been named the most valuable rising star in world football aged under 18, according to a ranking compiled by Transfermarkt.
The 18-year-old Germany international is valued at 60m euros, placing him at the top of the list.
Arsenal’s 16-year-old English forward Max Dowman, Liverpool’s 18-year-old English player Rio Ngumoha and 18-year-old Senegalese forward Ibraim Mbaye of Aston Villa are next, each with an estimated value of 50m euros.
Completing the top five is 18-year-old Onest Ahanor, who is set to become a Chelsea player and is currently on loan at Crystal Palace. His valuation is 40m euros.
Karl has made 45 appearances for Bayern’s first team, scoring 10 goals and providing nine assists.
