Paris Saint-Germain and Russia goalkeeper Matvey Safonov has named team-mate Ousmane Dembele as the best footballer he has played alongside.
Safonov praised the France forward’s technical ability, saying it enables Dembele to produce things on the pitch that other players do not even consider.
Dembele was awarded the Ballon d’Or in 2025, receiving the prize for the best player of the previous season.
Safonov joined Paris Saint-Germain from Krasnodar in the summer of 2024.
