Nigeria winger Mubarak Uthman has joined Apollon Limassol, signing a contract that runs until 31 May 2028.
The 18-year-old completed the move on 9 September 2026 and will play in the Cyprus League. No transfer fee has been disclosed.
Uthman is a right winger who operates predominantly on the right side of the attack and favours his left foot. Born in Lagos, he stands 1.72m tall and becomes part of Apollon’s squad after a short spell with HB Abuja earlier in the 2026-27 season.
He joined HB Abuja on loan on 1 July before that arrangement ended on 31 August. His arrival at Apollon follows the conclusion of that loan spell, although the club from which he made the move is not stated.
Uthman’s contract gives Apollon control of his registration through the end of the 2027-28 season. The Cyprus club has now secured the services of the Nigerian winger, who completes his move on 9 September 2026.
