Former Super Falcons defender Osinachi Ohale has ended her three-year spell with Pachuca Femenil, Completesports.com reports.
The 34-year-old centre-back joined the Mexican club after representing Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. Pachuca, who are popularly known as the ‘Bella Airosa’, became the latest team in an international career that has included clubs in Nigeria, the United States, Sweden, Spain and Italy.
Ohale made 105 appearances for Pachuca across all competitions during her time with the club. Her record included 82 regular-season matches, 21 playoff appearances and two fixtures in the Concacaf Women’s Champions Cup.
She also scored six goals for the Mexican side.
Ohale began her career in Nigeria with Rivers Angels and Delta Queens before moving to the United States. She started her professional career with Houston Dash after making the move overseas.
The defender subsequently continued her career in Europe, playing for clubs in Sweden, Spain and Italy before joining Pachuca.
Her departure from the Mexican club follows her recent decision to retire from international football. Ohale finished her Super Falcons career with 87 appearances for Nigeria.
She was part of the squad that competed at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, held in Australia and New Zealand, before bringing her international career to a close.
During her three seasons with Pachuca, Ohale combined her experience at centre-back with a significant contribution in league, play-off and continental matches, completing 105 appearances before leaving the club.
