Nigerian and Ajax striker Tolu Arokodare has reached 100 career goals after scoring against Atalanta in the UEFA Conference League.
The forward marked the achievement by thanking God and recognising the people who have supported him throughout his football career.
Arokodare shared his reaction on social media, reflecting on the progress he has made and the opportunities that have helped shape his development.
“100 career goals. Grateful for this journey I am on and the path that God has paved for me. It is Him and all the people along the way who have got me here, and for that I am thankful. The journey continues. God is the greatest,” he wrote.
The milestone is a significant landmark for Arokodare as he continues to establish himself in European football.
He will now aim to build on the achievement and maintain his goalscoring form as the current campaign progresses.
