Arokodare enjoyed a productive month with the Dutch giants, scoring four goals during the period as he continued to make an impact following his arrival at the club.
The Nigerian faces competition from Pharrell Nash, Anton Gaaei, Abdellah Ouazane and Julian Brandt for the award.
Davy Klaassen, Oliver Edvardsen, Emre Ünüvar, Diego Pugno and Isa Benyahia are also among the players whose goals have been nominated.
