Burkina Faso manager Amir Abdou has named a 25-player squad for the opening two matches of the CAN 2027 qualifying campaign.
The Etalons will host Benin on 25 September before travelling to Casablanca to face the Central African Republic three days later, on 28 September.
Several players have been included in the squad for the first time, including Ismael Maiga, Julien Bationo, Mamoutou Ouedraogo and Axel Taonsa.
Abdou has also retained a number of established international players. Edmond Tapsoba, Nasser Djiga, Issa Kabore, Dango Ouattara and Lassina Traore are among the more familiar names in the group.
The Burkina Faso squad is:
Goalkeepers: Farid Ouedraogo, Kylian Nikiema, Herve Koffi.
Defenders: Arsene Kouassi, Ismael Maiga, Rachid Gnanou, Edmond Tapsoba, Arthur Zagre, Mamoutou Ouedraogo, Nasser Djiga, Issa Kabore.
Midfielders: Julien Bationo, Rachid Kouda, Axel Taonsa, Bebel Doumbia.
Forwards: Dango Ouattara, Georgi Minoungou, Abdoul Tapsoba, Ousseni Bouda, Landry Kaboure, Elohim Kabore, Lassina Traore, Aboubacar Camara.
