Newly appointed Rwanda head coach Adel Amrouche has set his sights on securing a historic World Cup spot for the Amavubi, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Algerian, who took charge of the East African nation on Sunday, is confident that Rwanda can achieve something special under his leadership.
Rwanda currently tops Group C with seven points from four matches, and Amrouche is determined to build on this momentum ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Nigeria on 21 March.
"We should believe we can do something special," Amrouche declared. "I will do all my best to achieve, but I alone do not have the magic wand; together we will make Rwanda the best in Africa."
