Fulham head coach Alvaro Arbeloa says he does not see many players in the league with qualities similar to midfielder Joshua King, amid questions over whether the youngster is close to an England call-up.
King, who came through Fulham’s academy, has made a strong start to the current season. He has scored two goals and provided one assist in five matches.
Asked how near King might be to selection for the senior England squad, Arbeloa said: “I don’t see many players in this league, similar to him.”
