Cagliari were held to a 1-1 draw by Juventus at home in the sixth round of the Italian championship, despite taking the lead in the first half.
The hosts went ahead after 20 minutes. Paul Mendy provided the assist for Daniel Maldini, who finished the move by sending the ball into the Juventus net.
Juventus responded after the interval and levelled nine minutes from time. Randal Kolo Muani scored in the 81st minute, with Kerim-Sam Alaybegovich supplying the pass.
Neither side could find a winning goal before the final whistle, leaving the points shared.
Cagliari remain fourth in the Serie A table on 13 points. Juventus have 11 points and, under Luciano Spalletti, moved up to sixth place.
