Barcelona defender Eric Garcia is expected to recover quickly from the injury he sustained while on international duty with Spain.
The 25-year-old suffered the problem during the warm-up before Saturday’s Nations League match against England at Wembley. He has since left Spain’s training camp and returned to Barcelona, but the injury is not considered serious.
According to Catalunya Radio, Garcia is experiencing pain but should soon resume full training. He is expected to be available for Barcelona’s next La Liga fixture against Getafe on 10 October.
Garcia’s place in the Spain squad has been taken by Atletico Madrid defender Robin Le Normand.
