Davide Frattesi says his confidence in Gennaro Gattuso was a key factor in his decision to leave Inter and join Lazio.
The midfielder explained that he and Gattuso had developed a strong understanding while working together with the Italy national team. Gattuso is now the manager of the Roman club.
“I clicked with Gattuso in the Italy squad,” Frattesi said.
Gattuso resigned after Italy again failed to qualify for the World Cup.
