Sevilla striker, Kelechi Iheanacho has passed his medical with Middlesbrough, paving the way for a loan move to the Championship club until the end of the season, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Sky Sports News understands that Middlesbrough will also have the option to buy the Nigeria international at the end of the season.

Iheanacho, 28, has struggled to make an impact at Sevilla this season, failing to score or provide an assist in nine league appearances.
However, he has a proven track record in the Championship, playing a key role in Leicester City's promotion to the Premier League last season.
Middlesbrough, who currently sit seventh in the Championship table with 44 points from 29 games, will be hoping Iheanacho can help them secure promotion to the top flight.
