Inter have made extending Hakan Calhanoglu’s contract a priority, according to information shared on social media by transfer insider Ekrem Konur.
The Nerazzurri are focusing first on negotiations with the 32-year-old Turkey midfielder over a longer-term agreement. If a deal is reached, Calhanoglu’s salary could rise to €6.5m, including bonuses.
Calhanoglu has played for Inter since the summer of 2021. His current contract with the Milan club is due to expire at the end of June 2027.
The market value of the Turkey international is estimated at €16m.
