Media accreditation opens for Nigeria’s 2028 Olympics qualifier against Comoros

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has invited sports media organisations to apply for accreditation for the 2028 Olympics Women’s Football Tournament qualifying match between Comoros and Nigeria’s Senior Women National Team, the Super Falcons.

The first leg of the second-round qualifying tie for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics will be played at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne-Remo, on Friday, 9th October 2026. Kick-off is scheduled for 18:00hrs.

Because of the limited capacity of the stadium’s Media Gallery, each media organisation will be allocated no more than one accreditation slot, covering either a press journalist or a photo-journalist.

Requests must be submitted by email between 17:00hrs on Tuesday, 6th October 2026 and 20:00hrs on Wednesday, 7th October 2026. The NFF says applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Accreditation cards will be available for collection at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne-Remo, on Thursday, 8th October 2026.

The federation thanked the country’s sporting media for its continued support, understanding and co-operation.
