Milan could replace Puma with German sportswear company Adidas as its technical sponsor from 2028, in what would mark a renewed partnership between the two sides.
The club and Adidas have worked together before, with their relationship dating back to the 1970s. Their most successful period came during the 1990s, when Milan were regarded as the best club in Europe.
One of the partnership’s most highly regarded designs was Milan’s shirt for the 2011-12 season, produced shortly after the club won the Italian championship.
Milan have been partnered with Puma in recent years, signing an agreement with the supplier from 2018. The club currently sit fifth in Serie A.
