NFF Suspends Referee Yakubu Adamu Indefinitely Over Controversial NPFL Decision

The Nigeria Football Federation Refereeing Development Committee has suspended referee Yakubu Adamu indefinitely from all league and football-related activities following his performance in the Nigeria Premier Football League clash between Rangers International F.C. and Bendel Insurance F.C., NigeriaSoccernet.com reports.

According to the committee, the sanction takes immediate effect after the referee awarded a penalty during the match, which was considered inconsistent with the provisions of the Laws of the Game.
