Leticia Nunes scored the first goal for Al-Ittihad after half an hour played, giving the hosts the needed respite at the break courtesy of an assist from Ordega.
Lana Abdulrazaq scored the second goal for Al-Ittihad in the 56th minute after another assist from Ordega who dribbled her way into the box before giving a cross to Lana.
Ashleigh Plumptre sealed the win for the hosts with a fine header in the 84th minute.
