Real Madrid are prepared to sell Kylian Mbappe if the France forward does not extend his contract with the club, journalist Juan Jesus has reported.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is said to have made his position clear on Mbappe’s future. If the 2024 signing does not agree a new deal by next summer, he will be sold, according to the report.
The club do not want to risk entering the final year of Mbappe’s contract without an agreement over an extension. His current deal runs until the end of the 2028-29 season.
The reports come amid speculation that Mbappe is considering leaving Real Madrid because he does not feel loved or supported in Madrid.
Journalist Francois Gallardo has claimed that the forward would like to try playing in England.
Real Madrid signed Mbappe as a free agent in 2024.
