Christy Ucheibe and Benfica have booked a spot in the next round of the Taca da Liga Feminina after defeating Torreense 3-0 to gain a comfortable first leg lead in the semi-finals of the Women's Football League Cup at the Manuel Marques Stadium, in Torres Vedras, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Ucheibe, a Taça da Liga winner with Benfica last season will strive to assist her team in securing their fifth title in the competition within the last six years as they push to defend their crown.
Meanwhile, the second leg of the semi-finals is set to take place on February 12th at the home ground of the 'Eagles,' who are aiming for a historic third consecutive championship and their fifth overall.
