Tottenham are preparing to sign a new striker in the January transfer window, with Real Madrid forward Endrick among five players reportedly identified as potential targets.
According to TEAMtalk, Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi has drawn up a list of attacking options as the club considers how to strengthen its forward line. The other candidates are Benfica’s Vangelis Pavlidis, Espanyol’s Roberto Fernandez, Freiburg’s Igor Matanovic and Crystal Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta.
Tottenham have made a poor start to the new Premier League season, collecting only three points from their opening six matches. They are yet to win a league game.
The London club will host Coventry in the seventh round of the Premier League on 19 October. Kick-off is scheduled for 22:00 Moscow time.
