Yves Bissouma has officially joined Ajax Amsterdam after leaving Tottenham as a free agent.
The 30-year-old Mali international has signed a contract with the Dutch club running until 30 June 2027 and will wear number 28.
Ajax had been monitoring the midfielder’s situation for several weeks before stepping up talks in recent weeks. The deal was ultimately completed following work led in particular by Jordi Cruyff.
Bissouma will now strengthen Ajax’s midfield as he continues his career in the Netherlands.
